In the year 2000, The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) approached the Child Educations Society to start another project school in their power plant being established in Simhadari, Visakhapatnam. The school was set up and thus began an interminable affinity between the NTPC and The Child Education Society. The growing success of the Simhardri unit urged the NTPC to again approach the Society to take over another project school at Tanda, U.P. The school set in the township of Vidyut Nagar, Tanda, in 2001 is today counted among the top schools in the vicinity. |
Each school is managed by separate Managing Committee of prominent people, Govt. Nominees, Teachers Representatives & PTA Members in accordance with rules & regulations applicable in State concerned but ultimately responsible to Apex Body. |
